The Align-Pilates Roll Up Pole will compliment and enhance the Pilates exercise methods created by Joseph Pilates.
Used in conjunction with your reformer, helps in supporting and stabilizing your entire body and increasing your sense of poise and control.
The pole assists in standing exercises, allowing you to concentrate on single-leg exercises without loss of balance.
Generally used with an Align-Pilates Sitting Box (Available separately) The Pole is used in our Sitting Box DVD.

Delivery Time
For delivery of Pilates Reformers allow 1-5 working days approx. (Delivery to Rural Addresses normally takes an extra 1-2 days)
For Reformers the Mainfreight delivery team will call all home deliveries prior to loading on their vehicles to coordinate loads and ensure you are home that day to sign for the goods

Door to Door Delivery
Products are delivered securely to your doorstep only, by courier or transport.
Door to door standard delivery service provide 2 people to unload the reformer to your home.
Extra charges will apply for all non-standard deliveries and must be organized and paid for in advance.
Unless otherwise stated all deliveries are made between Monday & Friday.
